Independent Danish artist GUZO is one for your radar.

He has just released his latest track ‘Radical’. Hard hitting, hypnotising and modern, bringing fresh, catchy vocals.

“Radical’ is a hybrid between 070 Shake, Bon Iver, and the dissonant guitar riffs of 90s grunge.”

“In the summer of 2022, August Fogh isolated himself in a caravan on Denmark’s most secluded island, Anholt. He lived there for two months and worked in a simple and unbearably hot DIY-studio. During the scorching summer, his moniker, GUZO, came to life through a string of genre-bending new songs.”

The 26-year-old independent artist is on the rise. August Fogh is currently one of the country’s most sought-after songwriters and has been a co-creator on the latest albums from some of the most credible Danish artists like ArtigeArdit x Lamin, Goss, Jada, Saint Clara and Phlake.

‘Radical’ is out October 13th through August’s own record label, big dog records, released in collaboration with Stellar Trigger who has also worked with stars like Joji, Omar Apollo, and SZA. ‘Radical’ is produced in collaboration with Simon Kjær from pop-outfit, CHINAH.

A GUZO debut album is currently in the making.
