Smooth sounding, groovy bass notes slide this song into wonderfully reverbed vocals. Around the 40 second mark, the listener is thrown into an almost soulful rock/ pop rave, “I’ll be out of your hair if you give me a moment”, totally unexpected but completely exquisite.
The production doesn’t overwhelm nor carry the track, but rather acts as a non-co-dependent partner to the narrative which definitely “feels like Saturday”.
