Tide Lines are a 4 piece band whose roots run across the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, down to the West End and South Side of Glasgow.
The track ranges across the pop/folky types, with a background of the electronic sort. The imagery is summery, “unforsaken hours of the twilight” and “ Where the evening sun hangs gold in the skyline”.
The chorus is catchy as hell, it’s still not left my head since the first time I heard it.
They’re due to go on tour later this year (should venues resume normal service) – so definitely check them out if you can!
