Laura Pergolizzi, better known as her stage name LP, played a sold out show at The Observatory in San Diego, CA with fans outside still trying to score some tickets. After seeing the show, I now know why.
LP is one of those artists that you will have wished you had the chance to see in a smaller intimate venue.
We spoke to a fan who was at the front of the line since 11 am so she could be front row, she said “This is my 15th LP show, they just keep getting better and better. There is nobody else like her.”
Her songs and voice portray a raw emotion that cannot be unfelt. Being in her presence was something rather magical.
The album “Heart To Mouth” is done so beautifully, but hearing songs from it live are a whole new experience.
